UN Panel on Extraterrestrials

The United Nations Panel on Extraterrestrials (a Special Advisory Panel to the Secretary-General) consists of delegates from member states, observers, NGOs and extraterrestrial stakeholders. Meetings are held quarterly at UN Headquarters in New York, and may also be held in other venues worldwide, at the request of the Secretary-General, to address extraterrestrial matters of regional concern. The current Rapporteur of "PanExtra" is Dr. Susan H. Begley (Ireland), who has served since 2008.

Zeebans support GOP candidate

Rapporteur Begley was in Detroit today with PanExtra member Ozeek!nloc, Ambassador from Zeeba, who threw his support behind candidate Richard John Santorum of Pennsylvania for the Republican nomination for President.
